Role Purpose:

Bromcom are the market leaders of Cloud MIS and Finance for Schools throughout the UK in high growth phase. Therefore, with this high growth phase it is a unique and an exciting opportunity with potential high rewards. This is key in ensuring the Operational side of the Sales Department runs smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Order Processing – Processing New orders as they come in to Bromcom
    • Creating entitlements to reflect upsells and new business
    • Arrange handovers from Sales to deployment
    • Working with Billing to keep accurate records on the daybook 2022
    • Utilising the conversion spreadsheet to track effectiveness of the sales team and managed the sales process
    • Producing relevant reports from Dynamic 365 for Commission calculations

  • Generate data and reporting for weekly sales meetings
    • Sales, calls and general reporting for sales Operation Weekly report
    • Compile activity report

  • Supporting Sales team
    • Take Queries on the various inboxes and respond to customers in a timely manner
    • Support CRM Sales process, Track CRM Call Success rates and ensure data quality standards in CRM
    • Managing CRM Dynamics 365
    • Train/Support Sales staff with process
    • Check Quotes before going out

  • Manage the internal Sales Team
    • Ensure that phone call performance matches KPIs
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure maximum time is being spent speaking to prospects
    • Scrum master for Stand-ups
    • Manage the daily attendance information on the register


  • Take Phone calls on the Sales Line
    • Pass leads and queries to relevant teams

  • Attend weekly meetings

Job requirements

Required Skill Set

  • Multi-tasking and excellent time management skills
  • Result and time driven project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skill
  • Experience recruiting and handling line management responsibilities
  • Enthusiasm, tenacity and motivation to motivate staff to generate new sales leads
  • Preferred domain knowledge of schools, academies, Local Authorities and MATs
  • Management and hands-on supervision skills and inter-departmental relationship
  • Willing to adapt to work in Agile and Scrum Methodology experience as a Scrum Master role (support / training will be provided)
