Bromcom is a market leading UK cloud based integrated Management Information System (MIS) & Finance provider offering a One Stop Shop for schools, academies and Local Authorities. We are expanding our Commercial Team and looking to recruit a Sales Development Representative to help drive growth and achieve our ultimate goal of becoming the UK’s most used and loved school MIS.
In this role you will be working within the Bromcom Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on proactive outbound call and email campaigns into Local Authority supported schools, single academy trusts (SATs) and small multi academy trusts (MATs).
The successful applicant will be engaging directly with prospects on a daily basis, so being a great communicator is key, along with being self-motivated, energetic, driven, and have genuine passion for sales.
Job requirements
Responsibilities include:
Generate marketing qualified leads via high volume of telephone calls and emails that can be developed into new opportunities.
Reaching out to prospects to qualify leads and book discovery calls for our Business Development Managers.
Navigating through a conversation flow to uncover needs, understand pains, and position Bromcom as a compelling solution, clearly articulating the Bromcom difference and highlighting our products’ value
Create and manage relevant nurture cadences, working closely with marketing
Convey summarised key findings from phone conversations to the rest of the Sales team to help refine sales communications.
Experience required:
Proven sales or lead generation experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proven ability to create and nurture sales opportunities through phone and email
Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing system and tools
Familiarity with a target-driven environment
