Bromcom are the market leaders of Cloud MIS and Finance for Schools throughout the UK in high growth phase. Therefore, with this high growth phase it is a unique and an exciting opportunity with potential high rewards. It will suit an experienced Commercial /Sales Manager with school domain, to run Sales and Marketing Office as an “Operations Manager”.

This candidate will be supported to adapt and carry out his/her role as a Scrum Master in Agile Methodology. .

Business Manager/Scrum Master Role will cover the following key areas:

  1. Sales and Marketing Operations Manager / Scrum Master /Managing the CRM Dynamics 365
  1. Wide range of marketing activities to generate leads including attending BETT Exhibition, Events at the Shard and Open Days at Gold Reference Sites ie driving user events and exhibitions; speaking events and webinars
  2. Providing sales and marketing content for digital/social media
  3. Making sure leads are fully followed up and pipeline is maintained
  1. Making sure Field Staff are fully utilised with demonstrations and visits reports are entered into D365
  2. Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Forecasting / Reporting
  3. Mentoring Regional Sales Leads / coaching through call recordings
  4. Initiating and expanding sales team within a high growth business
  5. Ensure processes and procedures are followed up in the Department to existing Company’s ISO 9001 processes and standards.
  6. Line managing Office Staff circa 5-6 and overseeing field staff of 4-5.

The main purpose of this role is to lead and support the Sales and Marketing Team to achieve the Sales targets. This role also encompasses close daily overall supervision and coordination all sales activities in the office that feeds into KPIs e.g.; generate sales leads, sales calls, following the leads into appointments and then into orders. Sales engagement is structured as two regions and backed by appropriate marketing activities.

The weekly reports are reviewed and identify highlights to be listed as Agenda items and if necessary with suitable actions to be discussed in weekly meeting that is held for the Sales and Marketing Office Team. The reports are deployed as a way of communications and actions.

Department Structure:

The Company’s Sales and Marketing Department’s activities are structured under two regions – North and South, each with a Field Sales Account Managers and their daily calendar managed by internally by a Regional Sales Leads. Sales Regional Leads primiary role is follow up leads, set demos, follow up calls and indeed close the deals. Sales Leads are supported by Deputy Scrum Master / Admin Coordinator.

We have two Business Development Managers – one for MATs and another one for LAs., Field Sales Manager also over see their Field activities. We have a Field Sales Manager who overseas Regional Field Sales Account Managers and the two Business Development Mangers. The latter two do not have Sales Leads and carry out their own calls and prospecting.

Customer Relations Team (3 members) work alongside Sales & Marketing Team and develop .Gold Reference Sites to support wide range of marketing activities. The Department has active digital marketing activities for generating leads for direct school sales and Tenders Notification Service for the ITTs by LAs or by MATs
