Bromcom provides a Management Information System to the education market. The Bromcom solution is the best cloud-based solution on the market place. The company is growing rapidly as schools, academies and MATs recognise the value our solution provides. Our aim is to continue this growth through new business and taking market share from other solutions on the market. Our regional sales leads are essential to the growth of the company.

The role of Regional Sales Lead carries the following responsibilities:

a)Developing Prospects: To talk to new and existing prospects in the designated Region on a daily basis. You will engage through a mixture of new leads generated from our sales and marketing and existing customers. You will understand the needs of these prospects and from there build a value proposition for them based around the Bromcom MIS.

b)Setting up demonstration: As part of the process of talking to prospects you will be able to offer to talk about key areas of our MIS. Once a prospect is interested in learning more then you will call on Regional Account Manager and schedule a face to face demonstration or a webinar.

c)Pricing and Admin: Following discussions, you will create pricing with associated standard contract documents that reflect the needs of the prospects. You will share these for sign off; highlighting any areas where you think the prospect meets strategic criteria. By highlighting any strategic criteria then you will flag the possibility of how we might create more value for prospects. For the pricing and Admin work, you will be fully trained and very closely supported by a full time new Sales Office Manager

d)CRM Calls: (as per present standard – but regionalised): Calling existing Customers for feedback. 


Requirements

You will also liaise with the marketing team to share messages from customers and to keep up to date with the latest updates and upgrades that we are offering to the MIS. You will then share these additional features with prospects and customers to help drive further sales using the In Bound sales process. After successful completion of the sale, upon receipt of a Purchase Order, you will perform a simple handover process to the implementation team.

To succeed in this role you will need to understand the education market place and have referenceable experience of solution selling. You will ideally have a good understanding of the current MIS market and be able to clearly articulate the Bromcom value proposition to prospective customers. Knowledge of how MATs and LAs operate would also be a distinct advantage.
