Head of Customer Onboarding

Job description

This leadership role is responsible for onboarding of new customers to the full suite of Bromcom products - Bromcom MIS, Finance, and Vision/Vision X. 


Overseeing all professional services (training and consultancy) and implementation teams (technical project management and data migration), and a team of around 15 FTEs, you will ensure that customers have an exceptional transition across to Bromcom.



Job requirements

Responsibilities 

  • Lead the training, consultancy, project management and data migration services: define, set targets, manage, monitor and control to deliver an exceptional service to all new Bromcom customers (around 50-100 per week in 2022)
  • Maintain and improve our quality assurance processes to comply with ISO 9001, ISO270001 and ISO2000 (amongst others)Resource planning and own the plan to scale up the services 
  • Own reporting on team performance and capacity
  • Line manage two team managers, with ultimate responsibility for a department of around 15 FTEs
  • Ensure that the department teams are motivated and supported to meet challenging objectives
  • Own the plan to scale up your teams as the company grows
  • Take personal responsibility for managing the most high profile customers
  • Input into tenders and large opportunities 

Skills and Experience 

  • Natural leader, with experience of leading and managing teams through a period of change
  • Significant experience in professional or technical service delivery - service management and / or project management qualifications would be great
  • Experience in providing data migration services 
  • Comfortable managing technical teams 
  • Inherently customer-centric
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Some experience of working on tenders would be beneficial
