We are expanding our Sales Team and looking to recruit Internal Business Development Managers to help drive growth and achieve our ultimate goal of becoming the UKs most used and loved school Management Information System.

In this role you will be working within the Bromcom School by School (SbyS) team, focusing on selling Bromcom into Local Authority supported schools, single academy trusts (SATs) and small muti academy trusts (MATs).

The successful applicant will be engaging directly with prospects on a daily basis, so being a great communicator is key, along with being self-motivated, energetic, driven, and have genuine passion for sales.

Job requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Working in partnership with a Field Business Development Manager (BDM) to achieve sales targets
  • Creating customer quotations
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that all sales information is logged in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Collaborating with the Field BDM to schedule ‘deep dive’ presentations
  • Processing sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Help to open up new opportunities though gathering market intelligence
  • Proactively engaging in outbound sales calls, in any region where Bromcom have an existing Local Authority Framework Agreement in place, or an accredited regional support team
  • Achieving personal KPIs set by the Head of Sales
  • Contributing to a weekly sales report for the SLT

Experience required:


  • 3 years SaaS sales experience, preferably but not exclusively in the EdTech space
  • Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • A demonstrable career history of successful sales growth
